Gua Sha

Gua Sha is an ancient Asian massage technique that increases circulation and moves stagnant blood. Just like acupuncture, the anti-inflammatory and immune system benefits last for days after a treatment. Body Gua Sha is primarily used for pain, stiffness, poor circulation, scar tissue and preventing colds and flu, but Chinese medical practitioners are trained to use meridian pathways to treat many different conditions like postpartum engorgement, perimenopause, anxiety, and insomnia.
